The liver uses a type of sugar called fructose to create the necessary fat to protect itself, however, when we consume too much refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup, you get to an accumulation of fat that can lead to liver disease.

Raw or semi-raw foods

In this group, they are considered foods such as fish, beef tartare and oysters which contain microorganisms that can be harmful to the liver. The consumption of these foods is related to the development of liver infections.

Monosodium glutamate

These are perhaps the most common and best known of a damaged liver reason. Alcoholic beverages contribute to the destruction of cells in the body, leaving it unable to produce the necessary substances to the body or synthesize vitamins and minerals that the body requires.

Drinking too much will not only harm your liver but other organs as well. You need to consume it in moderation. Not only are you damaging your body but you are susceptible to additional risks of heart attacks and strokes.
