Dr. Naram Reviews Recent Study on Effects of Tea on Coronary Heart Disease
Today, we review details of the recent findings of a 5 year study which explored the association of tea with a reduced risk of coronary heart disease, and get the thoughts of ancient vedic healing authority Dr. Pankaj Naram.
Master healer Dr. Pankaj Naram is an avid learner, and enthusiastic when learning and sharing information on important modern health studies and their findings in relation to the ancient methods of his master. Continually learning about the impact of different habits, diets, and practices on the human body is essential for helping individuals develop healthy lifestyles. Currently there are many innovative research projects being conducted that may give the health community new insights on how and why different foods help improve the functions of the body, and protect the body from serious illnesses and disease.
One recent study that was particularly interesting to Dr. Pankaj Naram is the study Green Tea Consumption is Associated with Reduced Incident CHD and Improved CHD-Related Biomarkers in the Dongfeng-Tongji Cohort. This study was conducted in China and observed the impact of green tea on the markers of coronary heart disease.
According to the study, cardiovascular disease, including coronary heart disease, is one of the leading causes of death in China. Additionally the study shared that tea has often been associated with reducing the risk of these conditions. This study set out to further analyze this correlation. The research was conducted over a span of 5 years and 19,471 Chinese individuals who were free of CHD at the start of the study participated. Within the group, 7021 of the participant’s were regularly consuming green tea. Dr. Pankaj Naram has helped many people with heart challenges using ancient herbal formulas and diet, and expressed interest in the results of this study.
During the 5 years, several coronary heart disease biomarkers were continually tracked in the participants. At the end of the study, the result showed that those participants who did regularly consume green tea did show more positive results with a 9.8% of CHD incidents in the group compared to a 11% instance of CHD in the group that did not consume green tea. According to the study, these results were especially evident in male participants who were over 60, as members of this age and gender group were the most likely to regularly consume green tea. The conclusion for the study was that “…green tea consumption was associated with a reduced risk of CHD incidence in the middle-aged and older Chinese populations.”
Dr. Pankaj Naram said, “In addition to green tea, there are many herbal formulas and other diet recommendations that my master gave me which can really help anyone with heart challenges. I can share some simple home remedies that also can help a lot.”
“Good Heart Formula and Healthy Heart Formula, along with some diet, and some marma, have really been helpful for so many people who I have met with, which Dr. Naram has helped,” Dr Giovanni Brincivali, medical doctor from Italy added.
This is just one of many recent studies exploring the positive effects of tea, and Dr. Pankaj Naram is very happy to review and promote these findings. He encourages peoples to continue observing the positive effects of green tea not only in these health studies, but on their personal health as well, especially their heart health.
